Shipping Policy

How much is shipping?

It depends on a) what you order, b) where you live, and c) how fast you want it.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Most products ship USPS flat rate shipping. We do have UPS ground, Next Day AM or PM, or 2nd Day options available for US addresses. International orders are shipped using particular carriers on a case by case basis.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order amount is one unit.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes. Most items are eligible for UPS Next Day standard or Next Day Early AM. We also offer UPS 2nd Day. International shipping options may differ.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We make every effort to process your order it within 5 business days. However, orders placed late in the day and temporarily out of stock parts may take longer. If a part is backordered, we’ll notify you immediately.

Where are you located? How long does shipping take?

First, we’re located in Brooklyn, NY. So, depending on whether or not you paid for rush shipping, your order can arrive in as little as 1 day (rush shipping) or 3-7 business days if you’ve used flat-rate shipping.

Will you provide tracking information?

All orders receive a tracking number that is sent to your email address.

If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?

We’ll charge the card at the time the order is placed. This method offers a layer of security. We do not store any credit card information.

If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?

ASAP. We’ll notify you via email.

Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?

We most likely can accommodate this request. We do ask that you call us at 646-847-2995 to discuss this before ordering.

Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?

Yes, but shipping rates may be higher and shipping methods may be limited. It usually takes 7-10 days to receive your order when shipped to one of these locations.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?

We’re sorry, but we do not ship our products to PO boxes. Please contact us at (support@wesa.io) or 646-847-2995 to place an order for an APO or FPO.

Do you ship internationally?

We do. However, depending on your country, there are restrictions. To verify availability of NightRide to your country, please contact us at support@wesa.io.

Do you ship hazardous items?

Yes. Any items identified as hazardous are shipped via UPS.

What happens if you ship the wrong order?

We’re sorry. We’ll take care of our mistake, and it won’t cost you anything other than some inconvenience.

What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?

It’s your responsibility to inspect your package for damage before accepting or signing for delivery. Refuse to accept the delivery if a driver attempts to give you a damaged package. If you refuse a damaged package or one was dropped off, take a photo of the box, then promptly call the shipping / courier company to start the claim process. Please also contact us at 646-847-2995, so we can begin the process of getting you a replacement.

What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?

If a product has shipped, it can be difficult to make a change. If you have unique shipping requirements, please contact us at 646-847-2995.

What if I never receive an order?

We put a tracking number on most of our shipments for precisely this reason. If the part never arrives, there’s a good chance we’ll know it. If you won’t be available at time of delivery, please leave instructions for the driver to put the package in a secure location to avoid theft.

What happens if I refuse the shipment?

Please don’t refuse a shipment just because you changed your mind. Instead, just accept the shipment and then contact us for a return authorization at support@wesa.io. If you refuse a damaged package, promptly call the shipping/courier company to start the claim process then contact us.
